Study links GMO foods to intestinal illness
A study of hogs fed GMO foods showed that these foods cause inflammation.
The study was double blind. Half the hogs were fed GMOs and the other half regular food. After 22 weeks, the GMO group had severe intestinal inflammation.
You probably know that inflammation can lead to many dangerous health problems. And since hogs have a similar anatomy to humans, this doesn’t bode well for how people are affected by GMOs.
This study adds fuel to the argument that people should have choices about eating GMO foods or not. And to make those choices you need to know what foods contain them.

This provocative headline points out one situation where exercise will actually hurt you.
The situation? If you take statin drugs. The reason is that statins decompose muscles. And if you exercise, you will speed the process.
